My Journey To ATT Internet Service

I try to be as savvy of a shopper as I can, so I would never choose an internet service provider without reading plenty of reviews. After doing my homework, it was obvious to me that ATT internet service was the best choice for me. I’ve learned quite a bit from my experience reading reviews.

I look for a few things when I read reviews. First, I want to find out what the professional reviewers have to say about internet service. I found that JD Power & Associates, Broadband Reports and Consumer Reports all had good things to say about AT&T. They all showed that they thought this was a company that was growing.

Expert opinions are important, but so are consumer reviews. A company may offer the best deals nationwide, but that doesn’t always mean those deals will be offered in my particular area. What’s more, having good reviews on their reliability and options offered doesn’t tell me much about their customer service. I’ve had nightmarish experiences with the customer service of previous ISPs, so good service matters to me.

After I read the reviews from regular users of their internet services, I was still impressed with AT&T. Of course you’re not going to find a company that everyone is 100% happy with all the time, but I found that overall, people had positive things to say about them. That definitely made me feel more confident when I made my final decision.

Once I’d read through all the reviews, I I set about reviewing the packages. I like bundling my services so I only have one bill to pay each month, so I knew I wanted to find a package that was going to offer me not just internet service but TV and phone service as well.

In the end, I chose ATT Uverse. I’ve had it for a few months now and I’m glad I made the choice I did. My internet speed is as fast as they advertised it would be, I have tons of shows available On Demand and I’m getting a great price too.~Everything is exactly as it was advertised, from my fast internet speed to the price I pay.} Reading the reviews definitely helped make my decision an easier one.
